Well the Labrador was named as the most popular breed by the AKC.  I have always loved Labradors and I can understand why it's the top breed for 25 years in a row! Bear was rescued from the Las Vegas Labrador Rescue, and is a wonderful dog! 

Labradors have been around a very long time. You can read more about Labradors here. The breed is extremely popular for numerous reasons and I couldn't agree more. While I have other breeds that I really like as well. I will most likely always be drawn to labradors. I have had labs since I was very young.  Labradors always catch my attention. I have several friends who have the "Trifecta"- Yellow, Black and Chocolate.

I have wrote a few blog posts featuring Bear. He is pretty amazing and one of the most unique labradors I have ever met. I may be slightly biased ;).  I
